Report Cards

Instructions:

Please, read before filling out the forms.

You can fill out the Report cards the same way as previous semester, following the instructions. You also have the option of sending your cards without saving on your computer. Just fill out the form here.
Open the "Report_card_2nd_semester" pdf file. If you cannot open the file, you should download Adobe Reader. Follow this link: http://get.adobe.com/reader/
The file contains 25 report cards. You should do one class at a time. Start filling out the forms for each child.
Once you are finished, or need to close the file, you should save a copy on your computer and name it as whatever class you are working on. For example: "5th_Heb_Mon_415".
